Move the task plot legend so that it does not overlap the top of the graphic

Move the legend so that it does not overlap the top of the graphic, use more columns to compress rows.

Also updates the script process_plot_tasks_MPI so that all the images from an MPI rank are displayed in a sub-page for comparisons. You get the old stats breakdown page by clicking an image in this page.
