Move the legend so that it does not overlap the top of the graphic, use more columns to compress rows.
Also updates the script process_plot_tasks_MPI so that all the images from an MPI
rank are displayed in a sub-page for comparisons. You get the old stats breakdown
page by clicking an image in this page.
