Minor change to EAGLE_ICs/*/run.sh

This updates the run.sh with more useful information and the inclusion of the time-step limiter. I have also attempted to document the parameters, and include downloads for the cooling and yieldtables.

Hopefully this should help people stop seeing the run-time flags as 'magic' and instead actually make them consider what each one does...
