Update velociraptor doc

I have updated the doc with the steps that I have done to use velociraptor. I will open a few issues in the velociraptor in order to solve some problems.

By the way, do you have a branch of swift where you changed libstf to libvelociraptor?

Those changes look good to me, thanks :). I haven't updated libstf to libvelociraptor yet, feel free to make the change yourself.

I have done it. If you are happy with the changes, you can assign it to matthieu

You may also need to add git submodule init; git submodule update --recursive --remote in the root directory of VELOCIraptor to get updates from the other repos inside of it.

From what I understood, it is already done in the CMakeLists.txt

Yes, this makes sense, looks good. The same should be done on the VELOCIraptor standalone page for swift snapshots, that one is now also outdated.
