Dynamic unlocks

Get rid of the fixed-size unlocks array in each task, and the link-task madness that this led to.

Peter, could you give this a thorough run to make sure it doesn't break anything new? Thanks!

• 62962a2f - fix formatting.

Simple tests and smaller runs (4 nodes, 12 cores) are running without any problems. Testing larger jobs next, but that will take some time.

The larger scale test also ran (50x12), so these changes look good.
