Changes:
- Uniform set of units throughout all the examples.
- Added new gravity scheme where the potential is not computed. This is the new default.
- Correct definition of the gravitational potential. In the code and theory document.
- Better estimate of the evolution of the multipole radius for the multipole drift.
- Added more timing information in the verbose output of the task construction.
