Added MHD Cooling Halo example

The .yml, makeIC.py and run.sh files have been checked and should let you run the MHD Cooling Halo with Spin example. plotSolution.py should work too, but is not fully polished yet. The other python post processing scripts have been taken as is from the pure hydro equivalent test directory - they have not been tested thoroughly. Therefore, for example, the energy conservation check script does not account for magnetic energy yet.

Could we add the value of B0 in micro-Gauss to the README please?
