Fixes for GCC 14 toolchain on COSMA

These fixes get the new "GNU SWIFT build" Jenkins job to work with the modules:

Except for the testVoronoi2D test.

I suggest we just accept these and get this Jenkins build somewhat working. The failing test says it has an incorrect number of vertices, so something for an expert to look at.
