Move executable out of examples

Peter W. Draper requested to merge move-executable into master

See #796 (closed) This moves main.c and main_fof.c to the top-level and renames them swift.c and swift_fof.c. Also links against the shared library, which we may want to not use. Will need to update any documentation that references the old position and names.
