Add particle bounding box in the snapshots' cell meta-data

Implement #789 (closed).

The meta-data now contains a new set of fields /Cells/MinPositions/PartType0 and /Cells/MaxPositions/PartType0 giving the min and max (x,y,z) position of any particle in the TLC.
