Documenting MPI settings

Keep an update of MPI settings that are known to work. Hopefully a living document, so keep the last modified date updated and be explicit about the versions used.

I have added the settings used on GADI.

I am not sure how useful this is but at least it's an attempt to centralize information.

No, unless you have had some success with that MPI on hawk?

I have not had a proper try yet. The admins have offered to run some benchmarking for us also to decide what compiler to use so I'll see whether anything useful comes out of this.

May as well accept this then, that pretty much covers all the MPIs we use in production. Small list.
