Add interactive task plot script.

Add simple script to plot the task dump of a rank in an interactive window that offers pan and zoom and readout of the task type, which is shown in the terminal. A continuous readout is attempt if the -m flag is used.

Done: Needs work to display the output in the window, but functional.
