COLIBRE winds from massive stars.

Alejandro Benitez Llambay requested to merge EAGLE/swift-colibre:colibre_winds into master

Stochastic implementation of winds from massive stars in COLIBRE. Note that feedback and tracers are no longer EAGLE, but COLIBRE. There are several new parameters that must be defined in the parameter file. They are all written in examples. If you want to talk about the changes before merging them, let me know.

I rebased colibre_winds to master so that merging should be straightforward.
