Oops. I was wrong. This doesn't fix things...

But this may fix the problem with the feedback? I don't know how that's implemented.

The feedback uses set_energy() not entropy.

Note also that these functions should change u_full and not u. The latter one is changed by set_drifted_entropy().

Your changes don't make sense to me btw.

We want u'. We got A and rho'. My version converts A to A' (implicitly since they are the same) and then uses the EoS to get u' from rho' and A'.

If you use rho and A then you get u. You need to convert to u' finally before updating the internal variables.
