Improve task dep

Here I am adding the function calls in the task dependency plot. I think it can help the future user to implement some physics easily.

In this current version, I am only writing the hydro functions and I am not dealing with the options (such as the extra hydro loop). I will update it with the other modes later.

I am not trying to read the C code to get the function calls, I think it would take too much development time.
