Santa barbara analysis scripts

These are the SB analysis scripts. Would be good to get these merged sooner rather than later so that we can start using them on new runs easier.

This includes:

  • A script to run velociraptor (and a config file)
  • A run.sh (this was missing before)
  • A makeImage.py script that makes a nice image of your simulation
  • A plotSolution.py that plots the solution using the halo finder and particle data.
