Added derivation of comoving Euler equations to cosmology theory document.

An attempt to work out the proper GIZMO equations in comoving coordinates.

The bottom line seems to be: everything would work fine for an ideal gas EoS with gamma = 5/3, but it we want it to work for general gamma, we will have to add source terms in various places.
