Add select output documentation

You will find a new section in Getting Started about the parameter file and inside it a section about the output selection

Loic are you finished with this branch? I'd like to rebase it before merging just to make sure there are no issues because I guess this branch was created before we merged the docs?

Also a minor note on your system: boolean values are actually part of the yaml spec; so we could have true/false instead of 0 or 1.

Right, but it is not in SWIFT yaml spec. Maybe we should implement it at one point
