Small updates to the task plot script

Matthieu Schaller requested to merge analyse_script_shows_updates_and_sid into subset_sorting

The task plot analysis scripts now also displays the number of particle updates done in that time-step. It also shows the time distribution for pairs sorted by SID.

Since you recently rewrote the whole thing, I wanted to check with you that you are happy with the updates.
