Applying right pointer justification

OK, I assumed that all the pointers were already right-justified when I raised the last one... turns out that was not the case, and we actually did have a mixture because of the format specification inconsistency. I should have formatted on !2207 (merged). My bad! This has now been run, and the codebase is now pointer justification consistent.
