GEAR sink: Small fixes

I fixed a few bugs in GEAR sink:

  • There was a missing kernel_gamma in the free-fall time-step criterion
  • The fixed smoothing length was not set when sinks were read from the initial conditions. As a consequence, the examples/SinkParticles/HomogeneousBoxSinkParticles could not work properly (inf, NaNs or timesteps = 0)
  • The examples/SinkParticles/HomogeneousBoxSinkParticles/makeIC.py now writes smoothing lengths for sinks.
