Add sink debugging snapshot for the HomogeneousBox example

I'm adding the snapshot I've always used for sink debugging. This can be useful for anyone who wants/needs to debug sinks and other hydro/stars/sinks interactions. It's a level 8 (N_part = 2^(3*level)) box at a more advanced stage of collapse but before sinks/stars form.

@matthieu, the link to download the snapshot is here. Once you've uploaded it, I'll update the getDebuggingICs.sh script.

Todo: Add the debugging parameter file. I changed a few values to trigger problems more quickly.

I improved the run.sh to run the debug mode quickly from the terminal.

@matthieu, can you also upload this file, please? CloudyData_UVB_HM2012_high_density.h5

It was useful to have it for the current debugging spree but is there a reason to not just keep the ICs from the start of this case?

BTW, we should rename all the Cloudy files. The = in the name is problematic for filesystems and download things.

Thank you! I updated the files.

I also updated .gitignore to ignore some files everywhere in examples instead of some specific folders (grackle outputs, grackle cooling files, GEAR feedback files, but also SFR.txt and co). Let me know if this is fine.
