Print GEAR physics with MPI rank 0

Darwin requested to merge darwin/gear_mpi into master

This MR updates the GEAR physics modules to print backend information exclusively for rank 0, reducing log file pollution when running with multiple MPI ranks.

Note: Grackle still prints its details for every rank in the current implementation.
