(Draft) Idealized agn jets

Here is the idealized AGN jet example, including the code changes necessary, the ICs script, and some analysis scripts. Things should be fairly clear from the README file.

Note that I have hard-coded the jet launching code in hydro.h in SPHENIX. I've also had to change various functions to explicitly give the hydro code the variable of simulation time.

Obviously none of these things can be merged in as is. I am not sure how things can be changed to accommodate this launching mechanism and this test.
