Add new option to --with-subgrid

Darwin requested to merge darwin/gear_configure into master

I updated the GEAR --with-subgrid configure option to include the pressure floor. This is how GEAR was used. I also added the sinks. I'm testing sinks at low resolution (> 100 M_sun) and comparing them with the standard SF model.

I also added a new option for GEAR for higher resolution simulations (<= 100 M_sun). These shortcuts are more convenient to use.
