Add CSDS to SmallCosmoVolume_DM example

Darwin requested to merge darwin/example_csds_cosmo_box into master

This MR updates the SmallCosmoVolume_DM example to run with the CSDS. The Python script makes a movie showing the evolution of the DM particles in the first halo.
