Sink : hide GEAR details into its module

Darwin requested to merge darwin/improve_sink_sf_interface into master

This MR:

  • improve the SF interface by adding functions
  • --> hides GEAR target mass things inside its module
  • --> cleans the default sink
  • adds a small fix for the target mass drawing, using the new functions

I checked that the default sink compiles.
