Draft: GEAR feedback: Update the gpart' friend of sparts and parts

Darwin requested to merge darwin/gear_feedback_fix_gpart_mass into master

The gparts' masses were not updated. It seemed to be ok until I tried MPI with the sink. The code complains with part_verify_links: Linked particles do not have the same mass! and stops.
