Fix use of `cell_getid_from_pos` with `--with-parmetis`

William Roper requested to merge zoom_fix_partition_cell_getid into zoom_merge

When configured with parmetis or metis an instance where the cdim and inverse width hadn't been removed and replaced with the space became apparent. This MR removes them and declares the space in ACCUMULATE_SIZES_MAPPER.
