RT: Write more time step information

  • Write better output to STDOUT for the sub-cycles; Including wall-clock and deadtime for sub-cycles now too
  • Write a file rtsubcycles.txt which does the same as timesteps.txt, but for RT sub-cycles
  • documented the output
