Update spin-jet parameters

The spin-jet parameters are currently a bit out of date (they are up-to-date on the COLIBRE repository).

I changed them here to turn off the slim disc modelling for super-Eddington accretion, and to use an accretion efficiency less than 1. I also added that parameter to the idealized cluster examples, which is needed to make them run.
