Update BH spin evolution in mergers

Filip Husko requested to merge update_BH_mergers_spin into master

I have now modified the spin evolution code for mergers (the last few functions in black_holes_spin.h, and the related calls in black_holes.h) to be in line with the code on the COLIBRE repository. The only difference is that the mass_fraction_lost_to_GWs function returns 0.
