Initial sync to work again

When searching for more particles in a ghost task we walk up the cell tree, not all subcells are guaranteed to be sorted, so when that is found use a naive interaction

Only seen using GCC, and then rarely, so there must be some numerical issue in the density calculations or ghost somewhere...
