Draft: Initial merge request for zoom branch

William Roper requested to merge zoom_mpidmo_working into master

This is the state of the zoom branch at the moment. Apologies if there are glaring stupidities, there are still parts of C I'm getting grips with. Most edits are isolated to zoom_* scripts with most other scripts referencing those although there are more minor edits in other scripts. Main changes:

  • Zoom region construction.
  • Cell id calculation including zoom cells.
  • Task creation.
  • Regridding process focused on zoom region.
