Temperature range for AGN healpix cut

Joey Braspenning requested to merge lightcone_agn_dt_dT into lightcone_agn_dt

Remove particles which are within a temperature range of the AGN injection temperature. The minimum and maximum temperature for particles which are to be excluded are set by 2 parameters in the parameter file. They should typically be: 'lightcone_props->xray_maps_recent_AGN_logdT_min 0.9' 'lightcone_props->xray_maps_recent_AGN_logdT_max 0.3'
