RT gear examples updates

Mladen Ivkovic requested to merge rt-GEAR-examples-updates into master

I updated the existing RadiativeTransferTests examples to work with the GEAR-RT as introduced by !1401 (merged). I also added advection tests in 1D and 2D.

If you want to try them out, make sure to use the read_subgridscheme_datasets branch of swiftsimio while the branch isn't merged into the master yet.
