Add SZ quantities to the lightcone maps

Adds the two SZ quantities to the lightcone outputs.

The Compton-Y parameter is calculated properly and has been tested, but there is a massive normalisation difference, 70-80 orders of magnitude, for the Doppler b parameter. Likely this is due to some unit mismatch somewhere. I've not been able to find it yet, as the Compton-y does work.

I have checked with Ian, and both calculations should hold up theoretically.
