CSDS cosmo

Loic Hausammann requested to merge csds_cosmo into master

Tiny update for SWIFT, large update for the CSDS:

  • Writing the cosmology parameters into the yaml file

On the CSDS side:

  • Documentation finally written
  • Implementation of the cosmology (da/dt and the second derivative)
  • Interpolation done with the correct cosmological factors (still missing the correct factor for hydro)

By the way, where do you wish to have the CSDS documentation? Do you wish to host it in Durham along with SWIFT's one or should I host it myself?
