EAGLE SF threshold based on subgrid quantities

Updates to the EAGLE star formation model:

• Add a model based on the subgrid T and rho.
• Add a parameter to select the model at runtime.
• Use this as the default model for the XL-like boxes.
• Get rid of the internal EoS of the SF model and use the entropy floor instead.
