RT ghost1

Mladen Ivkovic requested to merge rt-ghost1 into master

This adds a new non-implicit ghost task after the injection step of RT. In the injection, the photons emission rates by stars are distributed to hydro particles. After the injection, the photon energies and energy densities need to be computed:

E^{n+1} = E^i + dt * dE_{star}/dt

which is done in this step.
