Run FOF on snapshots with or without seeding black holes

John Helly requested to merge fof_snapshots into master

This makes it possible to invoke FOF just before writing each snapshot in runs with or without FOF black hole seeding (e.g. to address #690 (closed)). There are two new parameters in the config file:

  • FOF:seed_black_holes_enabled - determines if FOF is invoked regularly to seed black holes
  • Snapshots:invoke_fof - runs FOF just before writing the snapshot so that particle FOF group indexes can be included

I haven't updated the examples or documentation yet in case there's a better way to do this.
