Change where the feedback is applied

Loic Hausammann requested to merge fix_adiabatic_cooling into master

Previously, my feedback was applied only after the cooling. Thus the synchronization of the particles in the feedback is not really useful as the internal energy is not modified before the hydro loop. I am still testing it and should have the first results tomorrow.
