Correct output of VELOCIraptorGroupIDs dataset in snapshots

This is my attempt at fixing the output of Velociraptor group IDs to the snapshot when running on the fly (issue #691 (closed)). Marked WIP because either this is still incorrect or there's another bug somewhere.
