Loic Hausammann requested to merge gear_cosmo into master

With Yves, we decided to remove sigma in the pressure floor / star formation as the impact is negligible. I am also changing a bit the way that we turn off the cooling after a supernovae.

I think that after this merge request, SWIFT produces the correct results.
