This implements #649 (closed) (writing the doc for GEAR).

I will make my thesis publicly available and I will go more into the details in it. Therefore I have written a short documentation.

@yvesrevaz, You might be interested in this work. This will be inside the online documentation. You can already access it here https://obswww.unige.ch/~lhausamm/doc/.

12 15 This additional pressure can be seen as the pressure due to unresolved hydrodynamics turbulence and is given by:

14 17 .. math::
15 P_\textrm{Jeans} = \frac{\rho}{\gamma} \left( \frac{4}{\pi} G h^2 \rho N_\textrm{Jeans}^{2/3} - \sigma^2 \right)
18 P_\textrm{Jeans} = \frac{\rho}{\gamma} \frac{4}{\pi} G h^2 \rho N_\textrm{Jeans}^{2/3}
16 19
17 20 where :math:`\rho` is the density, :math:`\gamma` the adiabatic index, :math:`G` is the gravitational constant,
18 :math:`h` the smoothing length, :math:`N_\textrm{Jeans}` is the number of particle required in order to resolve a clump and
19 :math:`\sigma` the velocity dispersion.
21 :math:`h` the smoothing length and :math:`N_\textrm{Jeans}` (``GEARPressureFloor:jeans_factor`` in the parameter file) is the number of particle required in order to resolve a clump.
