New BH merger scheme

This merge requests implements a new, and arguably more physical, BH merger scheme. Instead of merging two BHs if their relative velocity is below the circular velocity at the more massive BH's kernel support edge, they merge if their relative velocity is below the escape velocity at the actual distance of the smaller BH from the more massive one.
