"Reduction in top-level cells number not handled" crash in EAGLE parameter tuning run
I've been running a set of EAGLE 12Mpc boxes with star formation, feedback and black holes enabled and various parameter variations. I'm running on Irene with one simulation per node, so each one has 48 threads and no MPI. One of the simulations has crashed at redshift z=0.55 with the following error message:

This was using commit 48805d06 from 3rd July. SWIFT was configured as follows:
