Added some stuff for the qr and bh testcases as diagnostics. qr now has task... 

Added some stuff for the qr and bh testcases as diagnostics. qr now has task timers output. Bug in mpirun on gtx690 means i can only run with 1 core inside the mpirun wrapper. There is probably a bug in the QR decomposition as it scales far too well...
