I am trying to add some "expertise" field to the list of people. Would you have any advice on making this look better than it does here ?

    Yeah, this page at the moment is a bit rubbish. I will have to have a bit of a re-think about how we display this information as I wasn't expecting to have so much for each person. Perhaps a drop-down for each individual detailing their experience, affiliation, website, etc. is going to be a good idea. In that case it would also be nice to have pictures, but I can see that being a road not worth going down...
