Added the journal to the publication cards

Added the journal to the publication card. Not sure you like the style, so feel free to change it.

I've changed to using colour rather than size as the delimiter here; I was concerned that the text for the journal name was smaller than the date and it looked a bit weird. Let me know if you're happy with this change and I'll merge it.
